ph357 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify ph357 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
The name registered on your ph357 Account must exactly match the name on the bank account, e-wallet (GCash/Maya), or other payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. ph357 will not process withdrawals to payment instruments held in a different name from the registered Account holder.
ph357 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. KYC verification is mandatory before a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at ph357's discretion at any time during account operation.

Where an Account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, ph357 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding Account balance. Where closure is initiated by ph357 for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, outstanding verified Account balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting ph357 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not automatically constitute self-exclusion.

Dispute Deadline: Any dispute, claim, or complaint in connection with these Terms must be submitted to ph357 within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the claim. ph357 will not consider claims submitted after this period, except where Philippine law expressly prohibits such limitation.
